Many of us find ourselves in moments of emotional overwhelm, grief, inner conflict, relationship challenges, or life transitions that ask a lot from us. Sometimes it can feel like we are carrying more than we can easily hold.

At times, we may also notice ourselves navigating power in our lives — in relationships, at work, in leadership roles, or in situations where things feel uneven, unclear, or difficult to name.

These experiences can feel disorienting, tender or overwhelming — and can also become invitations to reconnect with more clarity, resilience, and a more grounded sense of ourselves in relation to others and to how we navigate power in our lives.

This is a space to gently explore these inner and relational experiences with presence, care, and awareness.

In individual sessions, offered online in English, French, and Spanish, I accompany you using three complementary approaches — IFS, Hakomi, and the Right Use of Power.

Depending on your needs, we may focus primarily on one approach or weave several together.

I support your exploration with mindful, embodied presence, meeting what arises with compassion and authentic connection, so each session can unfold in a grounded and meaningful way.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS offers a gentle, respectful way to connect with your inner world. It invites you to meet the different parts within — protective, vulnerable, and resourceful. In cultivating a relationship with these parts, you can access a calm, clear, and compassionate inner presence that brings wise guidance and equilibrium.

Hakomi

Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, body-centered approach. Through present-moment somatic awareness, curiosity, and loving presence, you can explore how sensations, emotions, and beliefs shape your experience and the way you move through life. This brings unconscious patterns into awareness, opening new possibilities and supporting greater ease, clarity, and freedom in how you relate to your experience.

Right Use of Power

Right Use of Power offers an embodied, ethical, and relational approach to understanding and using power with greater awareness. Whether you are exploring your experience with power in all its forms — including power dynamics, boundaries, influence, leadership, and service, in formal roles or everyday relationships — this approach supports a more conscious, skillful, and grounded way of relating to power in real-life situations. It helps align inner awareness with how you show up in relationships, organizations, and the wider world, contributing to both personal wellbeing and the common good.

We can begin with what feels most important for you right now.

Power is a natural and relational force — one that can be used to strengthen integrity, connection, and mutual growth. The Right Use of Power™ approach invites us to embody power with strength and heart, cultivating awareness, compassion, and skill in how we use our influence personally, professionally, and collectively.

As a faculty member at the Right Use of Power Institute, I offer group trainings that bring this embodied, relational, and ethical framework to life. Whether in community groups, organizations, or professional settings, these trainings create a reflective and experiential space to explore our experience of power in connection with others — and how we can use it in ways that promote well-being, accountability, and trust for the common good.

Open trainings are also offered and announced in the Upcoming Events section.

Bring a Training to Your Group

If you’d like to bring a Right Use of Power™ training to your team, organization, or community, I offer customized group sessions adapted to your context and needs — in English, Spanish, or French.

These trainings support a culture of ethical awareness, collaboration, and compassionate leadership, helping groups align their intentions and actions with integrity and care.

If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to get in touch to explore what kind of training could best serve your group.
