Each of us carries inner landscapes that long for balance, harmony, and well-being — within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the systems we are part of. In individual sessions, offered online in English, French, and Spanish, I draw gently from three complementary approaches — Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and the Right Use of Power — tailoring the support to meet you where you are and respond to what is most present for you.
As your facilitator, I accompany your process with mindful, embodied presence and care. I guide and respond to what arises in ways that nurture clarity, compassion and authentic connection, so each session unfolds safely and meaningfully for you.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a gentle, respectful way to connect with your inner world. It invites you to meet the different parts within — protective, vulnerable, and resourceful. In cultivating a relationship with these parts, you can access a calm, clear, and compassionate inner presence that brings wise guidance and equilibrium.
Hakomi is a mindfulness-based, body-centered approach. Through somatic awareness, loving presence, and curiosity, you can explore how sensations, emotions, and beliefs shape your experience and the way you move through life. This process becomes a source of insight, revealing patterns, opening space for new possibilities, and supporting greater coherence and adaptability in your life.
Right Use of Power brings an embodied, ethical, and relational lens to the process. It guides you in using your power with awareness, wisdom, compassion, and skill. This perspective aligns your inner work with how you show up in relationships and the world, promoting well-being and the common good.
Together, these modalities weave a holistic process — grounded in the body, guided by awareness, and infused with wisdom and compassion. If you feel called to explore this path, you are warmly invited to book a session and begin cultivating clarity, wholeness, and more meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you — embodying power with strength and heart.

Power is a natural and relational force — one that can be used to strengthen integrity, connection, and mutual growth. The Right Use of Power™ approach invites us to embody power with heart, cultivating awareness, compassion, and skill in how we use our influence personally, professionally, and collectively.

As a faculty member at the Right Use of Power Institute, I offer group trainings that bring this embodied, relational, and ethical framework into action. Whether in community groups, organizations, or professional settings, these trainings create a reflective and experiential space to explore our experience of power in connection with others — and how we can use it in ways that promote well-being, accountability, and trust for the common good.
